How To Migrate To Anton
Web Hosting Migration
- Plus, Plus Choice, and Pro customers receive 1 (one) complimentary website migration within the first 30 days of placing their order.
- Clients migrating from a cPanel hosting environment will have their entire account restored (including emails, databases, etc) as long as we are able to obtain a full cPanel backup. Those migrating from non-cPanel environments or those where we are unable to obtain a full, non-corrupt cPanel backup, will only have the website files migrated and up to 2 (two) databases.
- Accounts larger than 8GB compressed do not qualify for our complimentary migration service.
- Our complimentary migration service is provided on a "best effort" basis.
- Specific Migrations: Some customers may require specific needs outside of our complimentary policy. Depending on the work involved, we maybe able to accommodate, but these migrations may incur a charge, determined by the work involved. Please continue with a request to our team using the support ticket feature in your account and our team will evaluate your request, and provide your options.
